(1) To place orders, please send your order details to our email address: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com (same email address as given under our contact info). Kindly state your order items, quantity, your contact, required date and timing, location address if delivery required, any halal requirement, and any other instructions regarding the order. (2) All our products are made to order to ensure freshness of our products. Kindly place your orders at least 3 days in advance before your desired delivery / self-collection date. For bulk orders, kindly allow for more advance notice (if necessary) in order for us to be able to meet your requirements in time. For urgent orders (<3 days advance notice), an express order surcharge of 20% will apply.
(3) Free delivery to 1 location is provided for hampers (above $150), bulk orders and any single/consolidated order(s) above $150. Otherwise, delivery of orders is at a charge of $15 per address. Kindly note that during festive or our other peak periods, our delivery terms are revised to include a peak season surcharge and shall be announced under "News / Promotions". Alternatively, you may arrange for self-collection of your orders at our self-collection address (refer to our contact info).
(4) We offer a 5% discount for a single purchase of regular-priced items above $200; 10% discount for a single purchase above $400; and 15% discount for a single purchase above $1000, unless otherwise stated. Kindly note that (i) cookies or cupcakes with printing icing pictures, (ii) custom design cupcakes, (iii) items with customized packaging, (iv) gift sets and hampers, (v) budget category products and (vi) urgent orders are not included under this discount scheme. Bulk order discounts for such categories of products (if applicable) shall be advised on case by case basis.
(5) Our prices are net prices with no GST charge. Prices may vary from those shown on our website and in our product order forms according to your customization of cookie design / size / packaging, if any.
(6) For any advance order above $500, a deposit payment of at least 50% of the order amount is required before our acceptance of the order can be confirmed. Kindly note that no refund shall be given in the event of cancellation of any confirmed orders.
(7) Selection of cookies and items available is as per our respective cookie order forms or as per the list shown in the "Handmade Cookies & Other Products" section. You may state your choice of cookies for the various cookie gift sets and hampers if this is provided for under the one or more options listed online together with the product description.
(8) Besides the product items listed on our website, we are able to customize gift sets and hampers either according to customers' budget or according to customers' requirements / preferences for particular contents, design and packaging of the gift sets and hampers. Charges shall apply accordingly for such gift sets and hampers with customized packaging and we will provide our quotation for your approval / acceptance prior to confirmation of your order. For corporate customers, we are also able to include your own corporate gift items (e.g. calendars, diaries, greeting cards, red packets, souvenirs, corporate name tags & stickers, etc.) in the packing of the gift sets / hampers. Such corporate gift items shall be provided / delivered by customers to us for our packing at their own expense.
